Jeffrey A. Sherry focuses his practice on advising clients in the areas of corporate law, M&A tax, antitrust, real estate, employment law and employee benefits.  In many instances, Jeffrey acts as clients’ outside general counsel, often acting as the sole legal contact point for a client.  In this capacity, Jeffrey spends time to learn the intricacies of a client’s business.

This in-depth knowledge of a client’s business helps him develop practical business solutions to the clients’ real world legal problems.

Jeffrey received his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law. He was awarded the Order of the Coif.  He also has a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers College.  Jeffrey is admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
