Malcolm X. Thorpe, Esq. is an Associate in our litigation department.  Malcolm has substantial experience in all aspects of commercial litigation. He has participated in numerous trials, depositions and oral arguments in New Jersey and all New York Counties.

Malcolm is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law where he was an editor for Rutgers Business Law Review and a Civil Justice Clinic Advocate.

Prior to joining the firm, Malcolm was an Associate at an insurance defense firm in New York and New Jersey where he handled cases from inception through trial in both states. Malcolm also worked as a Claims Analyst for a large international insurance corporation where he oversaw claims for civil litigation matters involving professional and employment practice liability. These experiences have made Malcolm a zealous advocate with a unique perspective on how to develop sensible litigation strategies that meets clients’ needs.
