Parampreet Singh focuses his practice on advising clients in various aspects of corporate law, including business transactions, negotiations, privacy matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate, commercial, and compliance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Parampreet represented a variety of healthcare clients in legal matters including regulatory issues and compliance with State and Federal laws, licensing and reimbursement matters, and general business transactions involving various contracts and asset purchase agreements. Parampreet also has experience representing clients in the Cannabis industry, utilizing his expertise in helping clients develop business plans and bylaws, structure corporate and medical advisory boards, and foster partnerships with community organizations and local officials.
Parampreet received his B.A. from The College of New Jersey in 2014. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2017, where he served as the Senior Editor of the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal and a liaison to the New Jersey State Bar Association. After graduation, Parampreet served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
From 2015 through 2017, Parampreet served as a Trustee and Vice President for the Saddle Brook School District Board of Education. Parampreet has also worked for several government entities, including the United States Senate and the Office of the Governor of the State of New Jersey in the past.
