Robert S. Roglieri concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, restructuring and bankruptcy, government affairs and municipal law.

As a law student, Mr. Roglieri served as a Senior Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review.  Mr. Roglieri also worked as a student attorney in the Center for Social Justice’s Civil Litigation and Practice Clinic, where he represented individuals in consumer fraud and foreclosure matters. During his third year, Mr. Roglieri served as President of the Rodino Law Society and was the recipient of the 2013 Luigi Franzese Award, honoring a law student who exhibits academic excellence, outstanding leadership and service to the community.  Mr. Roglieri served as an intern to the Honorable David H. Ironson, Judge of the Superior Court, Morris County.
