Andrea Kahn Speaks at NJ Association of School Business Officials
Andrea L. Kahn of MS&B’s public finance division recently spoke at the NJ Association for School Business Officials (NJASBO) with Zachary O'Grady of PFM Asset Management LLC on best money management practices for school districts.
Topics included:
- Cash management funds for schools
- Interest rates and returns
- Post issuance compliance responsibilities.
Andrea also spoke on school capital finance at the Somerset County Association for School Business Officials (SCASBO) alongside Robbi Acampora of Phoenix Advisors. They offered insights on school bonds.
Andrea is well versed in these issues because of her involvement with school districts and municipalities and her experience serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and counsel to various parties in public financing transactions.
