MS&B Welcomes New Hires
MS&B is thrilled to have welcomed several new members to our team at the end of 2023.
- Richard Gans joins us a Limited Partner. Richard has a distinguished legal career in the public and private sectors. Previously the VP and GC of the MTA Metro-North Railroad, he also has experience in representing businesses, government agencies and not-for-profit corporations in a wide range of complex transactions and matters.
- Ashton Hartline joins us as an Associate, bringing experience on commercial and residential refinancing, appellate advocacy, public utility disputes, and more. Ashton has litigated cases in the General Equity, Family, Special Civil, Civil, and Appellate Divisions of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
- Nicholas Loiodice also joins us as an Associate. He has deep experience in purchases and sales of businesses, corporate and partnership structuring, business financing, and more.
- Will Garcia joins us as a Paralegal, bringing over 18 years of experience with Pacer, Westlaw, and Federal and State Court E-Filing.
