In this informative webcast, MS&B partner, Eric Tomaszewski, will be speaking on U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in County of Maui v. Hawaii Wildlife Fund, the Court’s Functional Equivalent Test, the origination of groundwater discharge so that litigators understand how hydrologists analyze and test sites and make factual determinations about where groundwater discharges originate and be able to communicate their expert’s conclusions clearly. This presentation will help attorneys need to be able to develop and present approvable site remediation strategies and defensible legal approaches.
