The Lord & Taylor/Train Station Redevelopment Plan in Westfield, NJ has won a Smart Growth Award! Congratulations to the whole team that worked on this plan, including Matthew Jessup, who was involved from the MS&B side.
This initiative is a bold plan for reusing a shuttered department store building and integrating green design strategies. The end goal? A reinvigorated Westfield and a vibrant, mixed-use downtown.
