Township of Raritan Secures $8.5M in General Improvement Bonds
We’re pleased to share that Andrea L. Kahn and Christopher Langhart recently served as bond counsel to the Township of Raritan in connection with its $8.5 million general improvement bonds.
These proceeds will fund a range of capital improvements, including road repairs, park upgrades, and enhancements to public facilities. These kinds of projects make a noticeable difference in residents’ daily lives and improve the overall well-being of a community.
But behind every successful bond deal is a lot of heavy legal lifting.
Andi and Chris’ work, along with the rest of our team, is helping municipalities like Raritan ensure compliance with federal tax regulations, minimize the burden on taxpayers, and navigate the intricacies of issuing debt under New Jersey's Local Bond Law.
