Matt Jessup represented the Borough of Caldwell in purchasing $40,068,000 in general obligation bonds on January 18, 2022 at a rate of 2.459955%. The bond is a 30-year bond that will retire in 2052. The bond will be used to pay off old debt from previous bonds and for new borrowing.

MS&B Member Bakari G. Lee, Partner Mel Myers and Paralegal Laure Lee represented the Unitarian Universalist Church of East Brunswick on a pro bono basis to create the Lost Souls Public Memorial Project, Inc., a Title 15A New Jersey nonprofit corporation, and secure 501(c)(3) federal tax exemption for the corporation.
MS&B is seeking an associate attorney to join its municipal government department with experience in school and board of education work preferred. The position involves all aspects of municipal government work and the representation of public bodies, including but not limited to work in public contracts and procurement, employment and labor, land use, and affordable housing.
