Biography
Michele J. Perrotta’s primary practice areas include redevelopment, land use, public utilities, cable and wi-fi, and real estate. Michele strives to meet the legal needs and goals of his clients through creative problem solving, effective communication, attention to detail, zealous advocacy, and unwavering dedication.
Prior to joining the Firm, Michele worked as an associate in a boutique real estate, business, and corporate law firm where he counseled and represented individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses in matters involving entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and business transactions, and real estate and business closings. Michele also worked as an in-house attorney for a premier construction management company in New York City, where he reviewed, drafted, and negotiated various construction management, general contractor, master subcontractor, vendor, and confidentiality agreements.
Michele received his Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, with a double major in Political Science and Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers University. Michele received his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark. He also earned a Corporate and Business Law Certificate from Rutgers Law. During law school, Michele was a Research Fellow for the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance and practiced as a clinical associate in the Rutgers Law Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic. Following law school, Michele served as a Judicial Law Clerk to both the Honorable Stuart A. Minkowitz, A.J.S.C., and the Honorable W. Hunt Dumont, J.S.C. ret./on recall, Civil Division in New Jersey Superior Court, Morris County.
Michele is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
