Stephanie brings over a decade of experience in financial operations and billing management. Since joining the firm, she has been instrumental in overseeing the accounts payable team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments and expense reports. Her leadership in managing the firm’s financial obligations helps maintain a steady cash flow, accurate invoice reconciliation, payment processing, wire transfers, financial reporting and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
As Trust Administrator, Stephanie plays a vital role in managing client trust accounts, ensuring meticulous record-keeping, reconciliation and adherence to legal and regulatory standards. She is responsible for processing financial reports, resolving discrepancies, facilitating trust disbursements, and overseeing account audits. Working closely with the firm’s Comptroller and attorneys, she ensures transparency and efficiency in all trust account operations.
Stephanie is proficient in various financial and reporting platforms, including SurePoint, Elite, Clio, Intellistat, and Core Commissions. Her strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail and financial acumen make her an invaluable asset to the firm’s financial operations.
