MS&B offers a professional work environment with opportunities in areas such as paralegal services, secretarial services, accounting/finance, and facilities services. We are always looking for motivated individuals who are responsible and have a strong work ethic to join our firm.
Law Students
Our Summer Associate program is designed to give second-year law students the opportunity to work with us so they can gain first-hand experience and immerse themselves in our philosophy, values, and culture.
We seek well-rounded students who have a good academic record and a strong work ethic. Moot court or journal experience is preferred. Our Summer Associates are asked to perform substantive work and are included in all aspects of our diverse practice areas, including participating in court appearances, depositions, closings, negotiations, drafting of motions and agreements, legal research, and client conferences.
The firm accepts resumes for summer associate candidates in the fall of each year. Potential candidates are then invited to interview with our Summer Associate Hiring Committee. After careful review and consideration by the Committee, offers are extended to selected candidates for the upcoming summer.
