Tax Credits and Incentives

McManimon, Scotland & Baumann has broken new ground and remains at the forefront of development finance using federal and state tax credits and incentives by assisting our clients in understanding the programmatic and legal requirements of various Federal and State incentive programs to close funding gaps to make needed projects financially feasible. We have one of the oldest New Markets Tax Credits practice areas in the State and have been involved in both Redevelopment Area Bonds (RABs) and the Economic Redevelopment and Growth Grants (ERGG) since their respective inceptions.  By being at the forefront of the use of these financing tools, McManimon, Scotland & Baumann has developed a unique and sophisticated practice in this area.
