Biography
John Wuest focuses his practice on Real Estate Finance and Development and related matters. Before joining MSB, John was an associate at Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C., where he represented a wide range of commercial property owners in prosecuting and defending property tax appeals, negotiating settlements, and pursuing tax incentive programs and other forms of relief. His work resulted in millions of dollars in property tax savings for clients.
John earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. He also graduated from Seton Hall University with a degree in Finance and Information Technology, a minor in Accounting, and a Certificate in Business Analytics.
During two years of undergranduate studies and while attending law school, John worked for at the College Board’s headquarters in New York City as part of the accounting and finance team. Following graduation, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark Cimino, J.T.C., in the New Jersey Tax Court, assisting with cases involving state and local property taxation.
