Biography
Ashton C. Hartline concentrates his practice in Real Estate, Land Use and Redevelopment Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashton worked as an associate at a boutique real estate firm. At the same time, he worked as a closing attorney for a title insurance company. Ashton is experienced in counseling individual and small business clients on transactional, refinance, and litigation matters in the real estate field. He has litigation experience in the General Equity, Special Civil, Family, and Appellate Divisions of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey.
Ashton is a graduate of Rutgers Law School—Camden and Rutgers University in New Brunswick. During law school, Ashton participated in the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He was also a member of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and Civil Practice Clinic. After graduation, Ashton clerked for the Hon. Donna M. Taylor, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Atlantic County.
