Biography
Nicholas concentrates his practice in the areas of Corporate Law, M&A, Tax, Antitrust, Real Estate, Employment Law and Employee Benefits.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas was an associate at a boutique business and banking law firm where he represented businesses in the purchase and sale of businesses corporate and partnership structuring, business financing, and the purchase, leasing, and sale of commercial and residential real estate. Nicholas also has experience representing institutional lenders and financial institutions in commercial collection matters involving the rights of mortgagors and mortgagees, the validity and priority of liens, and the rights of parties to repossess or retain collateral in foreclosure, receiverships and bankruptcy.
Nicholas is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration and Public Policy. While attending University of Maryland Baltimore County, Nicholas was a Division I baseball player.
Nicholas received his Juris Doctorate degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Rutgers Law School in May 2022. While obtaining his J.D., Nicholas was the Articles Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Journal. He also competed in the Hunter Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Competition.
