MS&B Attorneys Participate in NJICLE 2026 Real Estate Conference
McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC attorneys Leah Sandbank, Jennifer Harrison, and Ashton Hartline recently participated in the NJICLE 2026 Real Estate Conference, held on April 20, 2026, alongside practitioners from across New Jersey’s real estate bar.
Leah Sandbank served as a moderator for the program, while Jennifer Harrison and Ashton Hartline contributed as presenters, sharing insights on key legal issues impacting the current real estate landscape.
The conference featured a broad range of topics, including landlord-tenant law, title considerations, environmental issues, REAL regulations, FinCEN requirements, and developments in New Jersey’s housing market.
