MS&B Partner Malcolm Thorpe Hosts 6th Annual Corporate Counsel Forum
On March 10, 2026, MS&B Partner Malcolm Thorpe, Esq. hosted the Garden State Bar Association’s 6th Annual Corporate Counsel Forum at Deloitte’s offices in Morristown, New Jersey.
Co-presented in collaboration with Deloitte and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) New Jersey, the program brought together more than 20 speakers representing in-house legal departments, law firms, and corporate leadership from across the state.
The forum featured three substantive panel discussions addressing key issues facing today’s legal professionals, including core leadership competencies for attorneys, the impact of artificial intelligence and emerging securities enforcement risks for public companies, and evolving approaches to legal decision-making by general counsel in a changing workforce environment.
Participants also earned continuing legal education (CLE) credits and concluded the program with a networking reception.
