Biography
Bernadette is an associate at McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of redevelopment and long term tax exemption.
Prior to joining McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC, Bernadette clerked for the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County.
Bernadette received her Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, Bernadette was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board. She also interned for the Honorable Joseph A. Turula, P.J. Civ. Div. and the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
