Biography
Falak is an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate practice area.
Prior to joining MS&B, Falak specialized in general corporate and finance matters at Hogan Lovells, where she worked with both public and private clients. She dealt with a broad range of corporate and securities matters including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity offerings, and general corporate governance. She provided guidance to clients on compliance with securities law and SEC reporting. Additionally, Falak served as a Judicial Fellow for the Honorable Stella M. Tsai in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
During her time as a law student, Falak was an associate editor of the Journal of Law and Public Affairs and the Asian Law Review. She gained practical experience through her roles as a summer associate at Hogan Lovells, a Finance and Contracts intern with the Philadelphia Law Department, as well as a judicial intern with the Honorable Margo K. Brodie in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
