Biography
Curtis Culvert is an associate at McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of public finance and redevelopment law.
Prior to joining McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC, Curtis worked as an attorney at a regional firm where he gained experience in public finance, redevelopment, real estate, and employee benefits. Previously, he represented developers in land use matters at a boutique commercial real estate firm.
During law school, he was a summer associate with LeFrak and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano, J.S.C. He also completed an externship with a law firm where he represented lenders in closing residential and commercial real estate loans.
